Royal Rooms at Gunton Hall are beautifully furnished with rich and sophisticated decor and plenty of room for you and most have a large en-suite bathroom.
I have to give special mention to the room cleaners who no matter how I left the room, cleaned back to the same high standard every time also the gardeners who kept the ground clean and tidy. The choice of food was wonderful, I personally had two of every thing. The entertainment was very good and the two comedians where brilliant. Only one small disappointment was after the main entertainment there was no real attempt at late night dancing.
I have booked a few days again next year at a Warner village. I only hope it will be the same high quality as before.
Thoroughly enjoyed a four night break at Gunton Hall. We had a newly refurbished suite chalet with lake view and a patio and it was immaculate, very comfortable and had absolutely everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We had lovely food, great entertainment and thoroughly professional service from all the staff. We would highly recommend Gunton Hall for a relaxing break but plenty to do if you want to be active. We are planning to return as soon as possible.
We love Warner holidays and Gunton Hall was no exception. The accessible chalet was lovely and the shower room very well designed with a soft shower stool and easy to operate shower facilities. The only thing I would say is, our one was quite a walk to the main building which could be a problem for those with walking difficulties and not so good in bad weather! The main building itself is lovely although with so many small bar/room areas there is a quieter atmosphere than some of the other more vibrant Warners, which is not a criticism just an observation. The entertainment venue is unusual and reminded us of a church with it's high, ornate ceiling - very different! We had great entertainment when we were there, especially Counterfeit Quo that really got the place buzzing! Food as with all Warners was good, although the salad bar needs a bit more variety. Overall a lovely place to stay with lovely staff.
Wonderful time here this weekend. Food great, Bradley our water was brill. The Garden Lodge gorgeous. The entertainment fantastic especially the Blues Brothers. I would also recommend the cream tea, down where we live in Tunbridge Wells you'd pay double for that. The main building may be in need of a refresh and is tired in places but the location, the grounds the pool and overall experience was great. Thank you very much.
